RTC Careers
RTC has taken a new and innovative approach to build our team. We are looking for individuals that are interested in moving beyond the formulas of corporate America. Our focus on bringing value to our Clients is based on the empowerment of our staff to move off-script and to do what is necessary to achieve it. We don’t want our staff-enduring meeting after meeting to create policies that resemble the phone tree at your local bank. We are looking for self-starters, who use their common sense to bring value to the client and do what is right!
Our team members are located throughout the world and we allow the right candidates to work and live remotely. Our goal is to compensate dynamically to enable those that succeed to see it reflected in their paycheck. Our compensation structures are individually driven and are clear and concise and at no time will we utilize a compensation formula that leaves you wondering.
The culture is driven by the idea that we work to live and not live to work. That time with the family is priceless and that time away from the family is difficult. We don’t employ time clocks, nor do we call on Friday afternoon to affirm that you are still working. The company is perfect for those that are self-motivated, interested in technology and don’t wish to be driven from one meeting to the next.
